The Community First Champion Center and Brian Butch Enterprise and Brian ButchBasketball is proud to be a partner to our community as we all come back stronger than ever. We know there are many in our area hurting and experiencing hardships. We are committed toproviding a safe, clean, positive environment to help you and your family come and enjoy theactivities you love the most

 Social Distancing Requirements

Community First Champion Center & Brian Butch Basketball Staff Social Distancing Requirements

  1. Employee temperature checks will be performed prior to the start of each shift
  2. Wearing a face mask is mandatory in community settings, especially when beingnear/working next to coworkers or other people
  3. Maintain social distance of six (6) feet between yourself and customers or other employees
  4. Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds as frequently as possible, and usehand sanitizer often
  5. Cover coughs or sneezes (into the sleeve or elbow, not hands)
  6. Clean high-touch surfaces with sanitizing spray often
  7. Do not shake hands with any customer or employee
  8. Follow all other public health recommendations issued by DHS and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control

 Basketball Staff Responsibilities

Champion Center Staff & Brian Butch Basketball Staff Responsibilities

  • ALL STAFF MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES!   (Champion Center Staff Only)
  • Monitor and direct participants, max allowed is 1 organization per space. No spectators areallowed
  • Competition areas must be completely cleared and sanitized between user groups
    • Sanitization Requirements (done between user groups)
      • Bleachers/Benches disinfected & wiped down
      • Sanitization station disinfected & wiped down
      • Door handles disinfected & wiped down
      • Once competition area has been cleared & sanitization requirements have beencompleted, next user group will be allowed in
  • We will use a checklist or audit system to track how often cleaning is conducted. Identifystaff members who will be responsible for ensuring regular cleaning and disinfection.(Brian Butch Enterprise,LLC)
  • Minimize sharing of work tools and equipment such as phones, keyboards, cash registersand point-of-sale devices. If sharing is necessary, disinfect equipment before and aftereach use. (Brian Butch Enterprise,LLC)
  • The facility must maintain adequate records of its members, including names, telephonenumbers and visit dates, to assist if ​contact tracing becomes necessary​. The facility must also maintain accurate work records of its staff for contact tracing purposes

Available to User Groups:

  • Fieldhouse Courts 1-4 (1 Team Max)
  • Courts 1, 2, & 4: Please drop off and park in our front parking lot
  • Courts 3 & 5: Please drop off and park in our Players Dropoff parking lot
  • Please stay in your car until your coach has been given approval to enter the facility

Players will be exiting the facility through the same door they are entering.

Absolutely no congregating in the parking

 What restrictions will be in place?

  • The Community First Champion Center is currently only open for practices andsmall groups.
  • The Community First Champion Center will reduce capacity to allow participants toadhere to recommended social distancing guidelines
    • Fieldhouse and Seasonal Arena will be restricted to 1 Organization Per Court
  • Separate entrances will be utilized for each court in the Fieldhouse & Seasonal Arena.There will be no cross interaction between any of the Campers.
  • Spectators will not be permitted
    • Spectators restrictions will be subject to change
  • Participants will not have access to any common areas within our facility
  • Activities that do not adhere to government guidance will not be allowed
  • Champion Center staff will be monitoring these restrictions. In the event guests will notcomply with these practices, they may be asked to leave the premises

 What is happening to enhance the safety and cleanliness of the venue?

Team Members for the Champion Center

  • Our team members are temperature tested before starting work each shift
  • Team members are screened prior to each shift to ensure they do not currently havevirus symptoms and have not been exposed to anyone who has tested positive forCOVID-19
  • We require all employees to report any illness to a supervisor
  • We require notification of any COVID-19 positive cases in a team membershousehold
  • We will provide personal protective equipment including masks to all teammembers, and training on how to use it, based on CDC guidelines
  • Our team members are provided sanitizing stations and will be required towash their hands frequently
  • We prohibit congregating of 10 or more team members in break rooms orcommon areas and limit capacity of such areas to allow for safe socialdistancing

Additional Cleaning/Safety Standards

  • Restrooms are cleaned with sanitizing solutions several times a day
  • We have placed signage throughout the venue encouraging distancing, handwashing, and other safe practices
  • We will be continuously monitoring and improving our operations for thesafety of our athletes, spectators, and team members
  • We are committed to communicating with coaches, event owners,participants, vendors, and other visitors to the facility our guidelines andrequesting everyone work together to keep us all safer
  • We are providing handsanitizer in all areas

 What process can Athletes, Participants, and other Guests to the venue expect for entry?

  • Signage will be posted at the entrance asking/informing guests the following
    • Have you had exposure to COVID 19 in the past 14 days?
    • Have you experienced:
      • Cough or shortness of breath?
      • fever?
      • loss of taste or smell?
    • You are at an increased risk for COVID-19 if you are:
      • 65 years or older, have underlying lung/asthma conditions, have heartcomplications, suffer from diabetes, liver disease, severe obesity or areotherwise immune-compromised
    • Your health is your responsibility
  • We reserve the right to institute further COVID-19 screening to ensure guests are notendangering others.
  • Any Guest who has had symptoms or exposure will not be allowed in the venue.
  • If a symptomatic/exposed guest is a driver for another guest, they will be asked to waitin their closed vehicle until their passenger’s activities are completed.
  • Guests will be invited to use hand sanitizer stations upon entry and exit of thebuilding. Sanitizing stations will be provided near main entrances.

 Participant Responsibilities

Champion Center & Brian Butch Enterprise, LLC Participant Responsibilities

  • Following CDC Guidelines, Participants shall not enter the Community First ChampionCenter if they have any of the following symptoms:
    • Cough
    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    • Fever or Chills
    • Muscle pain
    • Sore throat
    • New loss of taste or smell
    • Vomiting or Diarrhea
    • Runny or Stuffy Nose (Not associated with Seasonal Allergies
  • Up to 15 minutes prior to scheduled practice time, the coach, and only the coach, will meet CFCC staff at designated entrance
  • Participants must wait in their cars until admittance to the facility is approved.Congregating in groups in the parking lot WILL NOT be permitted
  • When CFCC staff l gives approval to the coach for their team to enter the facility, BrianButch Basketball Camps will communicate with all Campers that they are allowed to enter.
  • Access to the facility will only be ​granted once​. ​CFCC staff will not allow any late participants to enter after the team has entered.
  • Participants must enter facility in designated entrance
  • Participants must use sanitization station upon entrance of facility
  • Once inside the facility, participants must stay within designated area
  • Use of water fountains will not be permitted.​ Participants need to bring their owndrinks.
  • Participants must use sanitization station upon exit of facility
  • Once activity is complete, participants must leave facility in designated exit
  • Locker Rooms will not be available​, participants must arrive in their athletic gear. An areawill be available to change shoes.

CFCC Staff has the right to remove anyone from the premises that violates these guidelines

 Champion Center Coach Responsibilities

Champion Center Coach Responsibilities

  • Instruct all team members to stay in their cars
  • Prior to scheduled practice time come to your designated entrance – Coach Only!
  • Once the preceding practice has completed, all prior team members have left & thecourt area has been sanitized, CFCC staff will give approval to the coach for their team toenter the facility. The goal is to allow teams to enter the facility 5 minutes before theirdesignated practice start time.
  • Communicate with your team members that they are now allowed to enter the facility
  • Access to the facility will only be granted once. CFCC staff will not allow anylate participants to enter after the team has entered.
  • We will be following a strict time schedule! Once your practice time is up, you will have 5minutes to have your entire team out of the facility.

Teams congregating in groups in the parking lot ​WILL NOT ​be permitted.

CFCC Staff has the right to remove anyone from the premises that violates these guidelines
